From the book of 2 Samuel

Saul and his son Jonathan dies. One of Jonathan's sons had fallen and became lame for life. Do you know what his name was? King David showed compassion for the lad. I often wonder why God did not heal the young boy but then I realize it was Jesus coming to earth that gave us healing and this was many years before Jesus was born in a human life.
