Acts 7:32-34 King James Version (KJV)
32 Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.
33 Then said the Lord to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground.
34 I have seen, I have seen the affliction of my people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt.
Acts 7:32-34 New King James Version (NKJV)
32 saying, ‘I am the God of your fathers—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ And Moses trembled and dared not look. 33 ‘Then the LORD said to him, “Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground. 34 I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt.”’

32 This was to let Moses know who He is, to set Himself apart from any god this world had come up with. Moses had fear because God could not contain like the things of this world. Moses had a reverence to the Lord and knew he was unworthy.
33 To be in God’s presence is a sacred and holy place for us to be, it should be respected. This was not in a church just a place within His presence we can find God and do not have to be in a church to do so.
34 God knew what was going on He could the things that the people may have not known about. God was saying that it is time for them to leave and He was going to use Moses to do it. He has a purpose for each of us that are called to follow Him but do we follow that purpose?
