Acts 10:36-38 King James Version (KJV)
36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:)
37 That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached;
38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

36 The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all— 37 that word you know, which was proclaimed throughout all Judea, and began from Galilee after the baptism which John preached: 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.

These are my thoughts, please share yours.
36 The gospel is peace thru Jesus. Jesus died so we can be forgiven from our sins and have that fellowship with the Lord that we need to have for us to know love and feel that blessed peace.
37 The message spread, he is bragging about his part but about what God has done with and thru the church, the glory goes to the Lord. It is good for us to know church history but more important the history of what the Lord has done and even more important what scripture says.
38 Jesus was God, He had more then just a simple anointing, He was the Spirit in the flesh. He is God. Jesus did great things and showed the standard of how we are to live.
